ILLENIUM Releases Four Massive Edits from his “ASCEND” Tour

ILLENIUM Releases Four Massive Edits from his “ASCEND” Tour

ILLENIUM has released a collection of edits from last year’s ASCEND tour.

ILLENIUM’s four-track EP gives listeners a chance to relive one of his most exciting tours yet. The EP opens with his unpredictable rework of “Broken Ones” featuring Anna Clendening, which contains a heavy yet minimalistic drop that later transforms into a psytrance heater. He continues to impress by expertly combining “Crashing (feat. Bahari)” with Blanke and 1788-L‘s glitchy midtempo tune “Destiny.”

His next edit, a mash-up of his radio hit “Good Things Fall Apart” with Jon Bellion and his collaboration with Said The Sky and Annika Wells, “Sad Songs,” clocks in at just over six minutes and masterfully combines Wells’ and Bellion’s distinctive vocals. Finally, ILLENIUM rounds out the EP by turning “Gorgeous” with Blanke and Bipolar Sunshine and “All Together” featuring OEKIIN into a short but sweet dubstep bruiser.

Not only does this EP give fans a chance to listen to edits that previously could only be heard live, but it also gives them a place to reminisce about the memories the tour brought them and bring a taste of live dance music into their homes.

ILLENIUM has been unstoppable since releasing his debut album Ashes in 2016. The Denver-based artist has since released two more albums as well as collaborated with some of the most prominent names in dance music, including The Chainsmokers, Zeds Dead, Excision, and Gryffin. Last month, ILLENIUM released a remix package for his third album ASCEND, which featured reworks from artists like SLANDER, Alan Walker, WHIPPED CREAM, and many more.
