FX on Hulu has officially released the first trailer for the spin-off anthology series of American Horror Story.
American Horror Stories does not follow AHS‘s typical format that follows one story arc for the entirety of the season. The spin-off will actually be composed of separate chill-inducing tales in each episode. Back in May 2020, Ryan Murphy described the show as “one hour contained episodes.”
The day before the trailer dropped, Murphy and the show’s official social media accounts released a teaser trailer giving fans a sneak peek at the American Horror Stories cast. Fans will be thrilled to see the return of some original American Horror Story cast members like Matt Bomer, Billie Lourd, Evan Peters and Taissa Farmiga. Others joining the cast include Sierra McCormick, Kaia Gerber, Charles Melton, Paris Jackson and Merrin Dungey. The trailer hinges on the teaser, showcasing bits and pieces of the storylines fans can expect. Though it does not delve too deep into the main plots, thrill-seeking audiences are sure to be in for a surprise.
Check out the trailer for American Horror Stories above. The series will exclusively debut on FX on Hulu on July 15.
