Bournemouth attacking midfielder Arnaut Danjuma caused a stir during the week after admitting that he would be open to joining Leeds United.
While he has since taken to Twitter to clear things up, his comments appear to have set things in motion at the Vitality Stadium.
Danjuma told Voetbal that he does not want to play in the Championship, and he could be getting his wish.
According to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, the 24-year-old could leave Bournemouth this summer, with Wolfsburg one of the clubs keen.

Leeds have not been linked with Danjuma yet, but could they be considering a move following those comments?
The Dutchman helped Bournemouth to the semi-finals of the Championship play-offs last term, scoring twice in both legs against Brentford.
Danjuma ended the regular season with 15 league goals and seven assists and has backed himself to impress in the Premier League.
The Elland Road could do with such a winger as they aim to break into Europe next season, but they are not short of options in attack at the moment, and landing another forward is not a top priority this summer.
Romano’s news would surely excite the attacker’s suitors, but it is unknown if Leeds are now keeping tabs on him.
The Whites are yet to make any signing this summer but are expected to recruit a new left-back and possibly a central midfielder.
Head coach Marcelo Bielsa needs quality depth next season to boost his side’s chances of breaking into the top-six, and quality arrivals should be on their way in the coming weeks.
