Afrobeat singer Davido is currently trending on Twitter as he marks 10 years in the Nigerian music industry.
For 10 years, the singer has been consistent in the game, dishing out hit songs back to back, being so generous, raising stars, and lifting others.
Fans have taken to Twitter to celebrate the star singer for keeping the entertainment industry alive for a decade.
He began in 2011 with the hit single “Dami Duro” and has since released more then enough hit songs to keep him relevant for a lifetime.
He still remains the first artists in Nigeria to sell out the O2 London Arena for a concert and is regarded as the most influential Afrobeat star in Africa.
Davidoat10 is currently trending at number 1 on TwitterNG as fans have trooped out in their numbers to celebrate the singer online.
Twitter has also created an emoji for Davido to mark his 10 years artistry in the industry after creating an emoji out of his “E Choke Slang”.
