Billboard has learned that Katy Perry is planning a Las Vegas residency for later this year, and we want to know: Which major act do you think should follow her lead?
Maybe Adele — Perry’s next-door neighbor! — will pop into Vegas to say “Hello”; she was rumored to have been offered £20 million for a yearlong residency at The Wynn in 2017.
Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters told Las Vegas Residency following their 2018 New Year’s Eve performance that the band had contemplated their own residency, complete with three-hour shows with rotating set lists every night in a small, sweaty venue, but might come back to it “someday before we’re in our 70s.” The band members are not in their 70s yet, but maybe they’ll reconsider sooner.
