The Top Latin Albums chart ranks the most popular Latin albums of the week in the U.S. based on multimetric consumption as measured in equivalent album units. Units comprise album sales, track equivalent albums (TEA) and streaming equivalent albums (SEA). Each unit equals one album sale, or 10 individual tracks sold from an album, or 3,750 ad-supported or 1,250 paid/subscription on-demand official audio and video streams generated by songs from an album.
Mis Manos was written, produced and recorded in its entirety by the Colombian artist, who secured his first entry on a Billboard chart in 2019 with “Desconocidos,” a collaboration with Mau y Ricky and Manuel Turizo (No. 31 peak on Hot Latin Songs). Since then, he’s placed 10 other titles on the airplay-, streaming- and digital sales-blended tally.
Camilo currently has five titles on the Hot Latin Songs chart — the first time since 2017 that a Latin pop act has placed as least that many songs on the list at the same time. Shakira was the last to do so, on the June 17, 2017-dated list with five as well. Camilo’s five titles on the current Hot Latin Songs chart are: “Vida de Rico” (No. 19), “Bebe,” with El Alfa (No. 22), “Ropa Cara” (No. 25), “Machu Picchu,” with Evaluna Montaner (No. 31, debut) and “Tuyo y Mio,” with Los Dos Carnales (No. 39, debut). All five tracks belong to the Mis Manos album.
On the all-genre Billboard 200, Mis Manos bows at No. 173, to secure Camilo’s first career placement.
In addition, the Hecho A Mano/Sony Music Latin-released effort starts at No. 2 on Latin Pop Albums. His debut album Por Primera Vez spent two weeks at No. 1, starting May 20, 2020. It continues its 47-week run in the top 10 at No. 6 on the current chart.
