March 16-20: SXSW is taking place virtually this year, and will feature its film festival and music showcases online. Demi Lovato’s documentary Dancing With the Devil — a harrowing look at the singer’s near-fatal overdose — is among the films opening the event. An online pass is $399.

March 17: U2 is marking St. Patrick’s Day by streaming their 2001 September concert at Ireland’s Slane Castle for the first time. The show is the first of the band’s four-show streaming series titled “U2: The Virtual Road.” Dermot Kennedy opens the livestream with a new set filmed outside of Los Angeles in early March. The show starts at 3:30 p.m. ET on U2’s YouTube channel.

Flogging Molly is livestreaming a performance from Dublin in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day. The show begins at 3 p.m. ET; tickets start at $20

Dropkick Murphys are celebrating St. Patrick’s Day — while still in lockdown – with a global livestream. The show starts at 7 p.m. ET and will benefit the group’s crew via donations instead of tickets

March 19: Charli XCX is doing a Q&A and performance for fans on BandsInTown Plus. A monthly subscription is $9. 

March 20: Verzuz is giving fans a special show that creators Swizz Beatz and Timbaland have referred to as “Wu vs. Wu”: Wu-Tang Clan’s Ghostface Killah and Raekwon will be facing off in the latest edition of the battle. The show kicks off at 8 p.m. ET on Verzuz’s Instagram Live

Dave Grohl, Darius Rucker and more are participating in John Oates’ “Oates Song Fest 7908” virtual concert benefiting Feeding America. The show begins at 8 p.m. ET on Nugs.net.

Jimmy Buffett’s Aug. 3, 1998, concert in Columbus, Ohio, is streaming at 8 p.m. ET on Nugs.netHis former concerts are being resurfaced every Saturday

Valley Maker is celebrating the release of his new album, When the Day Leaves, with a livestream event during which he’ll perform the entire release. The show begins at 8 p.m. ET; tickets start at $10.

March 20-21: K-culture festival KCON:TACT 3 is back with performances from K-pop artists, online fan meetups, and more. 26 K-pop acts are expected to perform during the festival, which runs through March 28. AB6IX, LOONA, OH MY GIRL, and THE BOYZ are scheduled for March 20, while Dreamcatcher, SF9, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, and WOODZ are set for March 21. The streams begin at 8 a.m. ET; visit kconofficial.com for more information.

March 21: Ryan Fulcher, Matt Stell and other songwriters are participating in On Call at the Bluebird Cafe, an event benefiting Musicians on Call’s efforts to bring entertainment to hospital patients. The show kicks off at 8:30 p.m. ET; tickets start at $20.
