50 Cent’s Documentary About Diddy and His Abuse Allegations Is Set To Hit Netflix

50 Cent's Documentary About Diddy and His Abuse Allegations Is Set To Hit Netflix

50 Cent is officially producing a documentary following Diddy‘s sex trafficking and racketeering charges as well as sexual abuse allegations. 50 Cent is slated to bring the docuseries surrounding Sean “Diddy” Combs to Netflix.

50 Cent tells Variety, “This is a story with significant human impact. It is a complex narrative spanning decades, not just the headlines or clips seen so far. We remain steadfast in our commitment to give a voice to the voiceless and to present authentic and nuanced perspectives. While the allegations are disturbing, we urge all to remember that Sean Combs’ story is not the full story of hip-hop and its culture. We aim to ensure that individual actions do not overshadow the culture’s broader contributions.”

Through his G-Unit Film & Television production company, 50 Cent is executive producing the series alongside House of Nonfiction and Texas Crew Productions. Production is set to begin in early December. Diddy has now been sued by four different women all claiming that he has physically assaulted them. The first allegation came from his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura who first opened a lawsuit against him. The proceeds from the documentary are expected to support sexual and assault victims.

Last week, Diddy was was arrested on three counts of racketeering conspiracy, ex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution. While he has pleaded not guilty, he remains in custody and will remain in prison until his appeal hearing. He has been denied bail at the time.

Stay tuned for more information on the docuseries.
